I ordered and paid $118.62 for a bouquet for my daughter’s college graduation. Order receipt confirmed the delivery date of 6/24 between 1pm and 6pm. It was very important for the delivery to be on 6/24 because I couldn’t be there to celebrate and the ceremony was via Zoom. Finally after being on FaceTime with her many times I asked her if she received a delivery. She never received anything and confirmed to me that she had been at her apartment the entire day. Germany Blooms had my daughter’s phone number and my email. They never tried contacting us and when I reached out to them on 6/24 no response. I reached out to them on 6/25 and requested a refund. I only received a response that they are looking into it. My daughter left on 6/25 for a planned 4 day graduation trip. The flowers were delivered on 6/25 to her neighbors. I emailed that is unacceptable and I’m not paying for a delivery on 6/25. I’ve been trying since 6/25 to get a refund and 7 different personalities from Germany Blooms have responded by either putting me off. The final offer was 20% reimbursement!! What a joke!! Don’t do business with this sketchy company. They will screw you and don’t care about business ethics. Please don’t spend your money here!! BAD BAD BAD

Not only was my order delivered more than a week after, they downgrading the champagne and had an attitude about it - unacceptable!!

I ordered flowers with a next day delivery, the flowers didn’t show up and I went on here and figured I had paid money for nothing. Emailed them (as many here) and still haven’t gotten a reply a week later. However the flowers did show up 4 days later (incl the weekend) and they were actually really pretty.

Ordered flowers for my girlfriend. received two days late . flowers looked terrible three broken , colour different ( ordered orange got yellow ) contacted costumer servise two times still no answer well just worst place to order flowers online, prices are very high and quality terrible, avoid if you can

Terrible. Never use this company. Ever. I wanted to surprise my girlfriend for valentines day by sending flowers to her school, but they did not arrive. Afterwards I found this website and right away thought the whole florist was a sham. I emailed the company on multiple emails accusing them of being fraudulent and they replied to one, simply saying "The flowers were delivered." I thought they were just bullshitting. But three days later the flowers and chocolate arrived, in a box??? There is no where on the site where this is advertised, you would assume that they work like any other florist, fresh and hand delivered but no? Don't use this service. It came but late and the customer service is bad. Use someone else.

My flowers and gift were never delivered despite recipient waiting for delivery. They claimed the recipient was not known at the address and offered to try again for an additional charge of half the product price + fresh delivery charges. The address was correct as I had sent something else by DHL and it was delivered without a hitch. I thteatened to report them if they didn't resend it at their cost or reimburse the money to me and they never bothered to respond.

I ordered flowers to send to my mother for her birthday. She never recieved them. I contacted the seller through their (complicated) website. At first I was told the flowers had been delivered. checked with mother, definitely no flowers. insisted that there had been no delivery. next message from them said I had entered incorrect contact info and needed to change it if I wanted delivery. mind, this was a full week after ordered delivery date. I gave both email and phone number when I first placed the order and have never recieved any alerts that they were unable to deliver. luckily, I paid through paypal, so I will be disputing. do not use this site, or atleast if you really want to risk it, pay through paypal or equivalent. horrible.

Ordered flowers for my girlfriend's 30th birthday who was on tour with Lord of the Dance and she was staying in a Hotel in Offenberg for 2 nights only. The flowers were due to be delivered to the hotel on the 1st day of her stay. As it was a surprise I phoned and informed Hotel Reception who knew my girlfriend was staying there and I also informed her Roommate. Needless to say the flowers did not arrive!!! I phoned hotel and they confirmed their was NO DELIVERY.. I even told my girlfriend to check with hotel before she left (24 hours after proposed delivery date) and nothing had arrived. So did I get a full refund = NO!!! Germanyflowershop claimed flowers were delivered and sent on a tracking number which showed that an attempt had been made to deliver the flowers after the proposed delivery date.. So rather than accept blame and kindly refund they refused to do so.. Anyway their flowers are probably as bad as their delivery service so maybe its for the best she didn't receive them!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS... German efficiency they say..LOL

I saw the reviews on this page after I placed an order. Panicked, I requested a cancelation & refund, which they refused. I placed an order with a 2nd company. My recipient ended up with two deliveries. Delivery was OK. Refusal to issue the requested refund, not so good.

I made an online purchase from germanyflowershop.com to deliver flowers in Munich to my girlfriend. They never delivered, did not contact my girlfriend or myself, and can not find a way to contact the vendor. Their address in Germany is an old apartment building (unlikely to be the store) and through the payment I was able to see that who was paid was Right Florist Pvt.Ltd"... this is INDIA! Headquarters: P76-, Lake Road Kolkata, West Bengal 700029 India Good news, you can stop the payment by calling your credit card.

We ordered a gift basket for my 90th Birthday brother-in-law in Germany thru the web-site: Germanflowershop.com 3 days in advance to the delivery date. No delivery. Their customer service never provides you a real contact. You keep jumping back n fourth thru fakes replies. There is no tel number to contact. Right there you should be suspicious. Besides thru the transaction at least 3/4 different merchant companies names appeared. Anyways, do not purchase anything because you will never get your order delivered or your money back. And the worst, they spoiled and embarrassed you in special occasions when you go all the way to surprise your loved ones. This is the worse kind. I will do my best to spread this awful type of business so nobody will go thru this. Andreia

I have ordered rose bouquet for our 2nd anniversary for my boyfriend and that bouquet has never been delivered. I have sent the e-mail and enquiries to them but no messages back to me so far. What a terrible service!

5 days ago I made a purchase on their web shop, did all the necessaries and so on... And I put a note that it should be delivered by 1pm... My gf never received that flowers and she was in her office untill 6pm... I have sent 2 emails, and no replies. This was a really bad Valentine's day! I will ask for a refund at moneybookers for sure! I will not stop until I get my money back... DO NOT DO ANYTHING WITH THESE GUYS! THEY WILL NOT DO ANYTHING AS THEY CLAIM ON THEIR WEB PAGE!!!

I ordered candy delivered for a specific date. The order never shipped. I contacted the company and they said it was a Christmas delay (even though Christmas was over 2 weeks away). I told them that orders shouldn't be delayed when a specific delivery date is chosen, that the person who should have received the candy had already left the country, and that I wanted a refund. They refused to give me a refund and said that they would deliver the candy. I again said they couldn't because the person was no longer in the country. This fighting went back and forth through the company's e-mail system for about 2 weeks. I finally by-passed the company completely and went through Money Bookers (www(dot)moneybookers(dot)com, 1-800-238-9984), since they are who actually processes purchases for Germany Flower Shop and charged my credit card. Money Bookers is in New York and has an actual phone number and customer service. I was put in touch with the department that handles cases when services purchased weren't rendered (as in my case). They listened to my complaint and asked if I still wanted the candy. I said no and asked for my money back. They said that they would follow-up with an e-mail to me confirming my complaint, contact Germany Flower Shop for their side of the story, and make a determination within 5 business days. Big shock - Germany Flower Shop never responded to Money Bookers (pretty stupid). Money Bookers found in my favor and refunded my entire purchase directly to my credit card. I am so pleased with Money Bookers. More people need to contact Money Bookers. Maybe if people complained more, Money Bookers would stop doing business with Germany Flower Shop, hopefully shutting down such a fraudulent company.

Don't order from this place. This place is terrible. I ordered to be delivered for the wedding. They said to pick from a specific list that they can deliver same day and I did. But they failed to deliver and sent me a mail on the day of event saying next possible delivery day is 3 days from the event. I said give me an option on what you can deliver on same day. Reply was, your order is cancelled and refunded. No apology nothing. Since I ordered from Canada, i lost about 10$ in exchange too. No invoice, no customer service. This is worst !

What ever you do don't use this website. I ordered 6 South Australian Red wines and 20 pink roses. Only the wine was delivered - and even that was the wrong type. Despite numerous enquries as to why the flowers have not been delivered I have recieved no response....the only thing these people did was take my money! they are thieves please what ever you do don't use them.
