Flowers never arrived

I ordered flowers for my Mother-In-law for her Birthday. I placed the order at 11am and was guaranteed delivery that afternoon. They took my cell phone number in case they needed to contact me. I called my MIL at 7pm to wish her a Happy Birthday and to see if she liked her flowers. They never arrived! I was livid. I called fromyouflowers.com to find out what happened since their website kept saying my flowers were currently "being Delivered". I spoke with a customer service rep who tried reaching the florist but it was past business hours. I asked why someone didn't notify me earlier that the delivery wasn't going to happen and they said the florist never officially accepted the order from them. Ummm What?!! You charged my card but couldn't take the time to follow up on my order to make sure it went through? They apologized and refunded my money. Little good that did my MIL. DO NOT use this company. Take the time to google local florists in the town you want them delivered and you will save yourself the hassle I went through today.
