My husband and I were sending my in laws a balloon boquet to reveal the gender of our baby. I specifically asked for all blue balloons. My in laws revieved some blue, some purple, and some green balloons and of course did not unserstand the message that we were having a boy. They called to thank us for sending the boquet, but because there were different colors they had no clue what the purpose was. I called the 800 number to complain and all they did was offer me a coupon for my next order. Seeing as how they wrecked a once in a lifetime surprise, I can be sure I will NOT be a returning customer!
