Now, I think a lot of these things are not necessarily the website's fault because I believe they just call up and use local florists. But, the delivery was over an hour late, the product was nowhere near as good as they showed in the picture especially for the price I paid, and when I attempted to contact customer service they swore to me "it had already arrived" when it had not. After basically giving up an hour after their supposed latest delivery time when we were heading to dinner the delivery guy came, and though the gift was appreciated by the recipient, the quality was very poor.

Never again from this site for me.
