I ordered flowers for my mom in honor of my dad's birthday who passed away a year ago. They were his favorite flower and I wanted to help brighten her day considering I live out of town. I paid for same day service and it was delivered 2 days later after the funeral! The first day, they called and said something went wrong and it would be delivered the next morning, the day of the funeral. I had informed them at this time that it was for a funeral. They called the morning of delivery and said they needed the phone number of the recipient and would have it delivered before noon. I call the number only to be told (by the time I was able to "talk" to someone) that they had all gone home. I called to complain and they offered me a 10% of my order rebate what an embarrassment. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE - they didn't even attempt to deliver my flowers on the day they were supposed to. They did contact me to tell me the florist could not prepare the bouquet for the price I paid so I had to agree to pay more. I did as it was a very special birthday. “cheap basket”

My son sent me a photo of the plant I sent to his fiancé who was hospitalized. It arrived on the day it was promised, but the plant looked so cheap in a basket that looked like an old Easter basket rather than the plush basket in the picture. Also, there was a cheap bright blue ribbon around the handle of the basket the color of which had nothing to do with the African violet plant I ordered. “Last minute price change ! ”

I Googled "Local florists, Kingston, Ontario, Canada" and this site came up as local to the Kingston area and family owned and operated. Throughout my order, I checked the billing section to ensure that it did NOT note that prices were in US funds which it did not. When I checked my Visa statement, I saw that at $45 arrangement ended up costing me $77!! I ordered flowers for Mother day the Friday before since I couldn't spend the day with my mom. I recieved a call at 5PM on Saturday stating they could not deliver until Monday. I said to them deliver them on Sunday if you can't get them there. The Lady on the phone in CA no less said that I ordered them too late and others had ordered in April for mothers day yet they took my order and my credit card payment no less. Flowershopping.com is a terrible business. They lied and told me a delivery was attempted. I sit right next to the person I purchased flowers for. Never attempted delivery. I called the company 8 times. They said they were going to try to contact the delivery person and said they could not reach them but they would deliver after hours to my coworkers home. My husband was so sweet to order flowers to be delivered to my work after I found out both of my parents have cancer. The flowers were very nice, a pretty but humble bouquet with two red roses, four fully bloomed carnations, and probably three or four stems worth of daisy blooms and carnation buds. I ordered a PREMIUM flower bouquet for my mother in law for Mother's Day, that was to be from all her kids. The one she recieved was smaller then the "as seen" pic on the website.
