I ordered flowers for Mother day the Friday before since I couldn't spend the day with my mom. I recieved a call at 5PM on Saturday stating they could not deliver until Monday. I said to them deliver them on Sunday if you can't get them there. The Lady on the phone in CA no less said that I ordered them too late and others had ordered in April for mothers day yet they took my order and my credit card payment no less. If they couldn't fill the order they should not have taken it. I don't know if this is TELEFLORA or what firm this is but I was so angry...They were RUDE on the phone...They're gonna give me 10.00 off now keep in mind I paid an extra ten dollars to have a Saturday delivery if that wasn't a rip off to begin with. Unfortunatly they have to by the you know whats! I did not take the time to look at the reviews but I will from now on.
