I specifically ordered yellow tulips... NO SUBSTITUTIONS. that was not what was delivered. I was offered a 50% refund after much debate. ONLY 5 YELLOW TULIPS the rest were purple! I think when you don't deliver what was offered, you should refund full price. You agent, who was very nice, said if they could pick up the flowers they could do that..... my daughter works during the day ... flowers were delivered on a Saturday.... I do not want to inconvenience her any more for something that was your error.
I advised if 50% was the best you can do, I have to accept it. I am not pleased.
Obviously you have lost a customer. This was the first time I have used your company and there is nothing to make me want to use you again. I do not want to have to worry about the order and certainly do not like paying for something I speicifically did not order. I think you need to reevaluate your policies.
