Wonderful help & assistance with a difficult request

I am writing to thank all the staff at Flowers Same Day who did their very best to help me with my rather difficult request.
Sadly, I was informed at the eleventh hour about a mass for one of our dear colleagues that was taken from us far too soon and unexpectedly, so this morning, 3 hours before the funeral was to take place, I rang in desperation hoping to be able to order and have delivered their beautiful exotic wreath - the colours and choice of flowers complement each other so wonderfully and make such a great contrast to the foliage that I just hoped to get hold of that one.
While I was unable to have my order as I had hoped, as exotic flowers have to be ordered in, in sufficient time, staff were able to get a spray together for me with similar, harmonious colours so that they would arrive on time for the mass.
I am so incredibly grateful for the help and support in making the mass so special for someone that was so kind and so warm.
