Ordered flowers on the 13 th Feb to be delivered on the 14 th ........ . I was quite happy when I was contacted by them and explained that they could not deliver my request until the 15 th. However I disagreed to this and they confirmed they would do my refund immediately...... This has not been the case. I've made contact 3 times now and was also made to believe that a manager would contact me back promptly........ 8 days later and still no refund. This is appalling.....
