Ordered fresh flowers and received dead ones. Complained and didnt hear anything back , kept emailing and phoning .. spoke to two members of staff who were very rude and didnt care one bit what the problem was etc and as expected nothing was done about it. It was an embarrassing situation as the flowers were for my mother in law. Still im waiting for a reply from the management. This place is a nasty place for flowers

the exact same thing happened to me.Lodge a complaint with Trading Standards through the CAB. Also lodge a complaint with the Advertising Standards. All easily done through these bodies internet. This company have utter contempt for their clients.
