I was left in the same boat as many it seems. I received an email this morning saying because I opted for free delivery it could take up to 48 hours AFTER my chosen delivery date, even though I ordered them a week ago, they couldn't send them a day or two early to make sure they got there on time could they? No. I ordered some flowers for my mum for mothers day and she didn't receive them. I too couldn't get through to customer services yesterday. You would have thought that with it being mothering sunday and a lot of people were relying on these deliveries, the customer service office would be open to answer any queries or explain what was going on. My mothers flowers turned up this morning but were delivered to her neighbour. She's at work and won't see them until this evening, I just hope they aren't dead and damaged as previously reported. Full Refunds should be offered. Will never ever use FlowerFete again.
