Their customer service number 9230721101 has an automated message setup that they are busy and no-one picks up the phone. If you are lucky to get across, you will be talking to a guy who has no clue about the order but has the audacity to say that they have a 24X7 customer service. The customer service center is actually his home in some filthy street of Kolkata. I had ordered flowers an cake for my parents in Jamshedpur and after redialing at least 100 times, I was able to get across to a guy who said "Sir, it will be delivered by tonight". When it did not get delivered till 9.15 PM India time, I called up again, and then there is auto scheduled message, which keeps saying "The number you are trying to speak ti is currently busy at the moment". And then it says "Jei grahak ke aapni phone korechen, tini aekhon byesto achen". This is a Kolkata based fraud business. This website is a massive fraud and represents the face of e-commerce trust in India. Pretty disgusting!! The consumer court in India needs to take these reviews in consideration and put these guys behind bars or get them out of this fraud business.
