“Very deceiving.... terrible company to deal with”

The company seemed ok at first. Then I never recieved a conformation e-mail or reciept but was immediatly charged. Then the flowers did not get delivered that day with no contact from the company, I had to check on them. Then i couldn't get a hold of any one, and they dont return your call after you leave a message. Finally I got a person on the phone who said that they will be delivered this morning (the next day) containing more flowers with an appology note for being late. which never Happened. I also paid for the upgraded flowers in the begining which was a waist of money because they were plain-jane when they arived. then on top of that, when they did arrive latter the next day the cards were messed up with the wrong names on them. The company will only tell you what you want to hear but will take no step to correct their mistake.
