Flowers Aura A BUNCH OF LIARS PLAYING WITH PEOPLE'S EMOTIONS

Flowers aura- A bunch of lairs & highly unprofessional people playing with people's emotions by ruining there special occasions without any guilt.

Reference order no :115192, placed on Women's Day occasion. Special instructions were given for the order to be delivered withing 5.00 pm (withing office hrs) since it was to delivered at an office address.

We spoke at helpline at 04:00 pm & were assured that the order is on it's way and will be delivered within half an hour's time. We kept waiting till 9 pm & no delivery/ no call nothing was made.

To my surprise, I received a call at 9.45 pm from the delivery boy (9815298597) saying that he is standing outside my office for the delivery. I was shocked to know about such late delivery. He told that I have been informed about this delivery just half an hr before. I was at my residence which is around 12 kms away from my office & he simply denied to deliver there & told to speak to Mr. Jasmeet Arora's number (9814241666) for further details. We took both of them on conference call & Mr. Arora told that it's not possible now & we clearly conveyed the company that the delivery is not possible before 7 pm.

There was not even a single call to me notifying about the delay or whether they will be delivering it or not. But what they did really amazed me, Mr. Arora told that its company's fault we are just a vendor. We tried reaching customer care couple of times but no response. Entire day, we kept following up for the delivery & they still failed to deliver it.

Each one of them was giving fake information & lying & no one took the responsibility. I mean i am so shocked to see their response. no apologies. No reason for the delay. A simple response which says that order will not be delivered today. THE OCCASION HAS BEEN COMPLETELY RUINED. THIS IS REALLY DISGUSTING.

Same day I sent them an email to the customer care. Next day evening at 05:00 pm I received the call next day from Mr. Gurpreet (Team leader) (9650966488) that we apologies & it won't happen again.

I just want to make it simple “Shame on you and your business”.

It was a complete waste of money, time, efforts & at the end of the day ruining very special occasion of people's life .These guys are cheaters, liars & hopeless - playing with people's emotions. I will make sure I file a complaint against these guys.
