Late delivery & no response from customer service!

Messed up the delivery and won't respond to 3 attempts to contact the customer service through the only available option i.e. an in message service which you can't see once you click send! Its for you to decide the credibility of the service (or rather no service) once the 145 € is in Floraqueen's account.

Detail of the message sent: Attempting delivery of a Valentine's Day bouquet at 11:30 PM on a Valentine's Day night is simply not accepted and unwarranted for. For me, this is embarrassing for my fiancé and also doesn't have any value - what value does a Valentine's Day bouquet have at 11:30 PM when my fiancé was already fast asleep for the Monday's work - add to this mix is the fact that she wasn't well and was on antibiotic!

I appreciate the fact that local florist could be busy trying to meet the delivery commitments. But there were a few things that could have been done, the local florist could only accept the number of orders he/she can deliver comfortably, the local florist could give a courtesy call to the recipient and inform them of the situation (not that it alleviates anything, at least this way you can give the option to cancel if they are running really late and thereby manage the expectation). None of this was done and I'm extremely unhappy with the completely unacceptable delivery at 11:30 PM on a Sunday/Monday night and I want my money back for I would never have paid them if I knew it is not going to be delivered before 6PM on the day.
