Cheap inferior flowers, nothing like described!

I regularly send flowers overseas, on this occasion it was intended to brighten the day of a dear friend who has lost their husband a few weeks ago. I normally choose to order from a florist in her local area, but due to the time difference and a busy day ahead I decided to seek out another company, that said company was Floraqueen.com. Big mistake!
The website looked profession and I was pleased with the selection of flowers on offer and their terms. I opted for the Innocence bouquet which contained white a pale yellow flowers and some leaf, this bouquet was supposed to be a round bouquet with beautiful flowers, I also upgraded to the premium bouquet and paid £51.
So far so good, I received confirmation and on day of delivery an email to say that the item was delivered, that was yesterday. Then the recipient posted a picture of the flowers on a social media site to say thank you, and wow what a difference. The flowers were pitiful. It contained cheap flowers like carnation and baby's breath (the cheapest flowers you can get) and was seriously lacking any style and size. Baring in mind £51 is just over $100 I know that I was delivered a far inferior interpretation of the bouquet I ordered.
I sent in a picture and was basically told to send in another, how embarrassing to have to ask my friend who is grieving to send me more pictures of the flowers. The flowers were intended to brighten her day not cause her grief! They resembled something someone would buy from the local supermarket for £10. I was told without another picture they can only offer me 10% discount on my next order? My next order, what a joke! I will be taking this further and avoiding this sham of a company like the bubonic plague! Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
