I placed an order online a few days ago. I received an email confirmation of the order with a statement that it would be delivered on time and a confirmation email would be sent. No confirmation email was ever received. I went into my account and the order is still open. Several attempts to contact customer service using the link provided on Flora Queen's website were unsuccessful. Have also tried to cancel the order and file a claim using the Flora Queen links which do not seem to go anywhere. Will try phoning customer service next using the phone number posted by another cheated customer. STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU GO ELSEWHERE!!!
