Looking at the poor reviews below (after placing my order) I was sceptical as to whether theis company was legitimate.
The flowers however were delivered on time to Australia (ordered from the UK) - well done, but the quality was very poor and did not look 'as advertised' (there were far fewer flowers - less than half those on the picture online).
After a few emails, where it was agreed that the product delivered was 'completely unacceptable' by their Customer Services, they agreed a refund (first a 50% refund then a full refund on my insistence).
After waiting the '5-7 days' that they quoted, i recieved a full refund on the 7th day (after one final reminder to them.
Overall, I cant fault their customer service however I would suggest that the quality of the product will rely heavily upon the local florists they have within their network.
