Ordered flowers to be sent to Barcelona. Initially happy with the website and ordering. Website promised that flowers would be delivered on Valentine's Day but could not guarantee a time, but I gave them a contact number so all good.
No delivery received on Valentine's Day, not happy at all. Had to ring and check to see if anything received. E-mailed Customer Service or should I say Dis-service, nothing. E-mailed a couple more times nothing.
When I asked for a refund I get a message from Barcelona that a call had been received on her mobile and that she had to go and pick her own flowers up...unbelievable...fortunately it was less than a 5 minute walk for her.
Should have asked for a refund of the delivery fee, but to be honest I was just relieved that I had not been ripped off and she was happy even though they came a day late! Almost a day later I received an email confirming delivery, nothing like have your finger on the pulse!
