“Ruined Mother's Day”

I ordered flowers for mothers day weeks in advance, only to a) have them not turn up, and b) be told they would (possibly) arrive sometime in the coming week. Terrible service - they don't have a phone number to call so I had to communicate over an online form which took hours. I did not pay exorbitantly for dead flowers to be delivered to my mother some time in mid-May.
