Unfortunately, the flowers delivered, while apparently ok, did not match what I ordered. My Mum has dementia and is in aged care, so getting the delivery right was important to me. The customer service I received when following up on the delivery was slow and, quite frankly, unbudging. I don’t know how I can take a photo of the flowers for so called ‘Easyflowers’ (more like ‘Difficultflowers’), as proof for a replacement, when I live in a different capital city!!! I just left it in the end, can’t be bothered dealing with these clowns. My recommendation is to use Interflora versus these nongs.

Inhale used easy flowers many times and im always impressed with thier prompt delivery and beautiful bouquets that they provide. Even if the flowers that have need picked aren't exactly like the picture provided they always show up amazing and beautiful. I will always be an easy flower customer! Thank you so much!

Flowers were received in a horrible state but rather than acknowledging the poor quality of their flowers, they blamed the natural composition of the flower. Purchased flowers for my mother's birthday and they arrived limp, wilted and squished. Photos of the arrangement were taken immediately to show the poor condition of the flowers and when I expressed disappointment, don't be fooled by the 100% guarantee, this is their reply (which you will receive too if you order from this company!): Our quality control team have followed up your complaint with the florist and they sincerely apologise for the disappointment with your order. This order contains: 3 stems Mauve Snapdragons, 2 stems Mauve Roses, 3 stems Pink Lisianthus, 2 stems Pink Spray Roses, 2 stems Pink Roses Please accept our sincere apologies for any disappointment. Lisianthus are a naturally soft and droopy flower that can tend to look a bit ‘squishy’. This is a characteristic of the flower variety and is in no way an indication of poor quality. It does look as though one stem has potentially wilted however. To go some way in rectifying the situation, we would like to offer you a $30.00 gift voucher or a $10.00 partial refund. Neither options are suitable but it appears like everyone else who has written honest and geniuine experiences on TrustPilot reviews, this will be the extent of their "100% Happiness" guarantee. Do yourself a huge favor and go with any other company or florist other than EasyFlowers. I have lodged a complaint with the Office of Fair Trading.

Horrific Experience. Ordered a $144 arrangement for my wedding anniversary. Roses turned up withered and rotting. I contacted Easy Flowers, who refused to acknowledge the issue despite me sending ample evidence (photos) of the rotting, brown, withered flowers. In the end they ended up begrudgingly refunding a measly $36 of the $144 order. The fact that they took no accountability or responsibility and refused to acknowledge fault is shocking. $144 for rotting flowers. Please avoid at all costs.

Mum was “ very disappointed ” Noting the flowers were very poor quality - more like a $15 service station bunch” More “ cabbage” green than flowers which she just threw away. Flowers were tired, limp, no thought or care with arrangement Certainly not worth $60+ I was embarrassed, disgusted & furious. How hard is it to arrange a decent bunch of flowers for an elderly lady in a nursing home, seriously, what’s wrong with these clowns?

Flowers had been in a hot car for an extended period and were ruined. They have a quality “guarantee” but they won’t honour it. My mother would never complain to her daughter in law unless it was truly awful. She said straight up do not use these people again. And the company were absolutely not interested in a happy customer. Would strongly recommend against EVER using them. Someone please post the florists they use so there can be direct reviews to their rubbish.

Rather than reducing our product range down to the lowest common denominator we utilise an equitable substitution policy. Such a disappointing purchase and experience. Sent flowers for Mother's Day, what was delivered looked like it could have come from a woolworths or Coles bin. Customer service were just as deceitful, as said nothing wrong with what was delivered. I paid $100 for rubbish.

BEWARE!!! I paid over $200 for what turned out to be an embarrassingly stingy-looking bunch of flowers. I was referred to their policy fine print when I complained and then insultingly offered a $20 Easyflowers voucher as compensation. This appears to be common practice when you read through customer feedback for Easyflowers. Whilst I will be taking this further, my lesson learned is to deal directly with a florist and not this ticket-clipping mob. Thanks for ruining my surprise Easyflowers...

I will never work with them again. This is the worse company i ever have to deal with. If you order is lost or don’t arrive forget about the refund and anything. They take your money very quick. Please take my advise Do Not Order from easy flowers. They are a total sham. Find better company to work with.

Received flowers for my 40th wedding anniversary, my husband works FIFO thought he’d surprise me, what a disappointment to receive 2 roses, 3 half dead carnations, and Lillie’s for $101.90… they now offering $20 gift voucher and $20 refund, flowers weren’t even worth $20, and they want me to spend more money, what a joke, the least they could have done was replace flowers….

We purchased sympathy flowers for a work colleague and clicked on the go large icon and paid an extra $51.75 to upgrade to a larger arrangement. The arrangement we received looked like their standard picture that they have on the website. When questioned about it they gave excuses that due to COVID there is a shortage of flowers. If you cant give me what i have paid for don't charge me for something i am paying for but not going to receive. Their resolution offer was ridiculous. I will not use them again and will not recommend this service to anyone.

Ordered flowers from the UK for my daughter in law in Australia and have never been so disappointed and embarrassed by what she received! I appreciate that some flowers were not in stock so they had to replace with some of the same value but this bouquet was terrible! No way was this bouquet done by a trained florist nor did it reflect what I paid for it! Easyflowers then tried to offer me a $30 gift voucher knowing I am in the UK so it is useless to me especially as my daughter in law will be in the UK in a few weeks! This is not even a quarter of what I paid! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Booked flowers for my mother a week in advance to be delivered Christmas eve, you guessed it they never arrived, she goes away for two weeks on boxing day so now she will never receive them, i will now chase a refund, total waste of time and spoiled my moms xmas present. will never trust these mugs again.

My husband tried to do something nice for our 10 year wedding anniversary. I wish he had read the poor reviews first because ultimately, he paid nearly $210 for a very small floral arrangement that came with a very small teddy (he ordered a large teddy). What is even more sickening, is that at the checkout, he went for the option of paying an additional $49.50 to 'GO LARGE'. The only thing that was large here is the price. I tried to contact customer service. The first lady, Meg, was very nice but I was then contacted by a very rude and hostile woman who has basically blown me off. My complaint was that I felt my husband was overcharged for what he got. He ordered proteus flowers but they ended up being unavailable - no problem. What I find hard to stomach is that what was delivered to me cost nearly $210. I just wanted them to know how I was feeling as their website says 100% satisfaction guaranteed. They truly don't care. I was told several times I got what was paid for. So, be aware, what you are paying for is extremely SMALL floral arrangements with a massive price tag.

My mum had her 75th birthday in lockdown so we sent her a box of native flowers. The total cost was over $100 including postage. For that price she received six flowers in and a box of foliage. We called to discuss and were told that the box only came with that amount of flowers. The picture shown was not what my mother received. So for $100 we bought 6 flowers and foliage. We are so disappointed and would never recommend Easyflowers to anyone.

Any positive reviews are obviously paid for. What is advertised as a lovely bunch of flowers is delivered as a pile of, well you know what. Despite considerable disparity between the image of what was ordered and what was delivered, customer service advise this is within their expectations. Seriously do not waste your time and money here
