The worst company I have ever dealt with. Ordered
Flowers and a balloon for my friends 30th they didn't arrive on the day requested, have tried calling but no answer. I have emailed but get a bounce back reply. Website didn't except the 10% discount code I put in either. I am gutted spent over £30 with this company and feel very let down. Wish I had read the reviews before placing my order. Will be telling every one I know not to use this awful company. If and when the flowers turn up I'm not holding much hope of them being any good after reading the other reviews. Would love to cancel but can't get through to any one to cancel :(

Register a complaint C.A.B 08454040506 have assured me this will get passed on to trading standards and if enough people complain they will also have to investigate along with Watchdog who have investigated them in the past.... GOOD LUCK TO ALL

They won't let you cancel, says in their T&Cs that as a perishable item, cancellation in not allowed. I ordered flowers last thursday 28th, website showed delivery on Friday 29th,....guess what? still no flowers! Most digusting company I have ever had the misfortune of coming across and like you, wish I'd done some research too. I have been in contact with CAB & trading standards and there is currently a letter from my solicitor en route to them...not that they'll care! How on earth are they still allowed to trade??
