Pink Radiance - Birthday Balloon & Bouquet 30% Extra 1 £25.00
Wont use them again and advise any of you guys to avoid them at all costs, wish I had read reviews before using.
First - arrived day early so had to get post office to redeliver next day - spoilt mums birthday surprise.
Second - poor quality and poor quantity of flowers. 3 roses/3 limp freesias /3 gerbera/ 1 chrystant/1 fully open lily/ greenery.
I could have got same for £5 from supermarket. Quantity that is, the quality would be far superior.
Have emailed them pics etc see if they step up to the plate and give refund. They did not reply, sent a second email telling them their customer services dept is as rubbish as their flowers. - at time of writing no reply.
So my advise is if you are thinking of buying from these charlatans who call themselves florists - DON'T DO IT!!!
