“Do not order from Bloomex”

A friend sent flowers for my mother's funeral, they arrived frozen and therefore were not put on display. Bloomex then sent a second arrangement to our home a week later, we were not home at the time so it was left on our side porch. The day of delivery was late January 2014 and it was -40 degrees outside and there was also a snowstorm that day. When we arrived home the box was half covered in snow and again frozen. I phone the next day to complain and try to get a refund for my friend, and was told they do not issue refunds but would send out another delivery. I told them to wait. My friend then called and also got the same answer that there would be no refund. They did issue her a credit note. I would not trust this company to send flowers to anyone. There customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
