Bloomex, something is terribly wrong. Why do you promise delivery that does not occur, or ship a bouquet different than what was ordered? The most embarassing part is that the bouquet eventually arrives weeks after Mother's Day, is rotten, and was thrown out upon receipt.
A refund on my account does not repair the damage. I have no confidence in your business practice and will not risk dealing with you again.
You disappointed me but most awfully you disappointed 2 elderly grandmothers who cherish this day, what may be their last Mother's Day.
A discussion with a representative at the 800 line is when I learned that you changed couriers which has resulted in a magnitude of problems. Would not best practice dictate some sort of research before a contract is signed and monitoring post-signing?
