Ordered three Christmas centerpieces to be delivered on Dec 23.
One arrived very late on the 23rd, another a day late and not at all like the picture and the third one was substituted for a cheap and nasty gift basket. They did know how to process the credit card information ok- no problem there. On the 2 of Jan they finally said they would not be able to deliver a centerpiece as they could not get greens. Are you serious!!!!
Said will deliver fresh flowers when the weather warms up as it is cold in Manitoba. NO kidding. Cold in January in Manitoba, how unusual. In one email they said they were very busy- again no kidding - a florist busy at Christmas- who would have thought. I don't imagine from reading all the complaints on this and other sited that they will have that problem again.
