I sent these beautiful flowers to a friend as I was away for her birthday,when I called around to see her she explained they had died!Most within only 3 days although the sunflowers did last just over a week.
When I complained Arena were not helpful and seemed to think that I should have taken a photo to prove they had died.The whole point of my sending flowers is because I was unable to be there.!
I shall not use this service again.
