Ordered from here last year for Mother's Day and was very pleased. However this year not so good. Tried to email to change bouquet type after ordering and never got a response.
Delivery was smooth and problem free - flowers were left with a neighbour as per my instructions.
Unfortunately the bouquet bore little resemblance to the web images with droopy wide open tulip heads and hardly any irises.
Will be shopping around next year...
