Delivered the day AFTER my sister's birthday. Still no apology from their non-existent customer services, even after sending them 5 emails. This is a company who obviously enjoy taking people's money but when they make an error completely avoid any responsibility or rectification.
Mistakes happen, of course, but when companies bury their heads in the sand and won't admit responsibility of their error(s), or answer to 5 emails, a very sorry state. How can they really believe I would ever use or recommend them again?
Will definitely not use again; there are plenty of other places to order flowers from.
I shall continue to write the worst reviews about them and have already contacted a friend of mine at the Manchester Evening News who's interested in spreading the word about them. If only they'd have answered my initial email.
