I ordered an item on Monday and purchased 2 day priority delivery however the company did not dispatch the item until Thursday. I was told by their customer service operator that there was a delay in the warehouse that affected dispatch times. I was not notified of this and now I am without a costume. They false avertise Same Day Dispatch and charge you increased amounts for delivery knowing they are not going to fulfil their obligation.
It is a wonder how this company is still operating when they treat their customer like this.
