Ordered a CD and never received it. When I reported this to Zoverstocks, they replied that I had waited too long and therefore could do nothing to help me. Really?? They cited Amazon "guidelines" that missing purchases should be reported within 30 days of the expected delivery date. Well this was an international purchase,UK to US, and Amazon also indicated that the delivery could be delayed up to 4 months due to US Customs. The right thing to do was send me another CD or refund my account, both of which they refused. This is not how you treat customers if you want return business. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM ZOVERSTOCKS AGAIN!!!
