Placed my order in Nov 2011 in plenty of time for Christmas... still not arrived by end of Jan 2012 despite filling in a claim form and being promised a replacement.
They state that postage takes 3-5 days but will not investigate missing orders until after 3 weeks has passed. If you have to make a claim they say they will process it within 3 days but in my case it took them another 3 weeks. Lie after lie.
I can say they were very quick at taking my money from my card though!
Customer service is appalling. You might as well be speaking to a revolving door! All you ever get from them are automated replies with absolutely no human interaction.
Save yourself the time and hassle and go buy from a high street shop. If your time is precious it'll be worth paying a few quid extra than waste hours dealing with these jokers. They should be ashamed of themselves.
Not a chance in hell I will trust this company again. They're just not worth the hassle!
