Absolutely will not use this website again. The customer service, or lack of, is a joke. There is nobody there to answer your questions as NotOnTheHighStreet are very simply a go-between for the seller and the buyer.

If you have any problems with delivery (once again - or lack of) then NOTHS will do absolutely nothing to help. They will wipe their hands clean of the situation as it's between you and the seller, they're "nothing to do with it".

I ordered an item, did not receive any contact at all from the seller for 10 days, so I chased an update - I received a response the next day with a picture of my order (it was a personalised item) so I confirmed this and requested a delivery date, never to receive another response.

I have requested cancellation of my order but from the look of things, I can't imagine I'm a) ever going to receive a response or b) ever going to receive a refund.

NOTHS is a way for a seller to sell something without having any comeback whatsoever when something goes wrong. I will not be using them again and I will certainly not be recommending them.

In this particular circumstance, the seller is Rosie Robins - a personalised poster seller who apparently does not like to communicate with people who are paying her £45 a time for the priviledge of her printing out an A4 piece of paper with words on (and not even framing it!).

AVOID - AT ALL COSTS.
