Without doubt the worst customer service I have ever experienced, lazy,rude and deceitful.
This relates to among other things fraudulent activity on my bank account that happened after i raised some points with them and asked for clarification. Since then they have deleted my customer account and are claiming to have no knowledge of my order, well i have hard copies of the 2 transactions..so they can not still deny knowledge. You need to research and read further reviews and be careful in giving bank details, it has certainly been bad for myself. I would urge anyone to seriously consider using another method. I will continue to post updates here, all statements are true,factual and will be backed up by hard copy. Anyone wishing to see the email stream between myself and this company can contact me and this will be forwarded to you.
