Our son sent £50 worth of wakes to this Company at the binning of October, as with other reviewers comments, no funds wee received within the 10 days as stated in the T&C's.

After chasing by email to various email addresses, the same excuses were received with many of the emails simply copied and pasted with the same excuse.

Finally gave formal notice and a time scale before which we were to contact Trading a Standards and commence legal proceedings. Remarkably the money arrived in the Bank Account today, just in time I think! Companies House have issued the Company with a notice to Disolve the Company within a 2 month period. Also accounts are overdue which will lead the Company being fined.

Would recommend that you keep chasing for your money and definately don't buy or sell with Gamexchange.
