I don't do reviews...ever! However RGB has compelled me to spend time persuading others to go eslewhere. Why should I do such a thing? RGB are quite simply the worst internet merchant that I have ever dealt with. The lack of ownership for an undelivered product is quite remarkable. As is their reluctance to refund for something that has clearly gone missing/been stolen in transit. Brief overview of my journey: Order tv 10th Dec. Promised 3 day delivery. Checks on 15th told its on its way and to check with City Link. Checks City Link, due 17th. Decides to wait it out. 17th comes and goes, as does 18, 19, 20...you get the idea. I was phoning every day but received not a jot of understanding. 20th spoke to Dave at RGB, he said he'd investigate further and let me know. No calls received. Also spoke to Prav...still no joy. This has honestly been a complete joke. Please avoid these jokers!

Pretty similar experience. Wanted to cancel & they threatened with a return charge - for an undelivered product!!!!!!

I never write reviews either and wrote a long one about my nightmare with these guys but for some reason Reviewcenter still seems to be moderating it!! I wish I never dealt with this joke of a company - RGBDirect.
