I ordered memory for my laptop on July 4th. On the 11th July the wrong product arrived. Twice as big it was clearly not laptop Ram but for a desktop computer.
I rang them on the 11th and was told they would send out a return envelope.
On the 20th i still hadn#t received anything so i emailed the to ask for an update.
I got told the correct product would arrive on Friday. It didn't, nothing did.
Today is the 26th and i am asking for a return envelope to get my money back.
If i don't hear anything i will go through my bank as i paid via credit card.
If i knew the correct item was not in stock when i ordered i would not have bothered. If i knew it would take 10 days to get the wrong product i would have gone elsewhere.
