I ordered a new USB game adapter ViPowER VP-H209B. I received a H209 (wrong part) and the unit was a used. After 3 mails, the service desk replayed, with an arrogant replay the part was obsolete. The part is still for sale at their WEB page.

Originally ordered a pink guitar for Rock Band, but was sent an email stating that they messed up and that guitar wasnt in stock. They immediately refunded my credit card. I ordered anothet guitar, paid for 2 day shipping, and it was here right on time. It was brand new in the box, never been used. One of the buttons stuck, and my husband had to take it apart and fix it. I contribute that to the guitar being brand new. Havent had a problem since. Im enjoying playing my favorite game with my brand new guitar :)

The GPS was a refurb but looked like new. I was not able to register it with Magellan. Therefore not able to register it with Magellan. I do not know how updated the software is in this GPS. Price was very reasonable.

We purchased a "NEW" Guitar Hero bundle that included a guitar and drum kit. One of the cymbal posts on the drum kit was broken when it arrived. Although they did offer to replace the drum kit with a like item, they wouldn't pay for the return shipping and instead wanted us to pay for that. So buyer beware ... unless you don't mind paying a second shipping cost to return broken items.

I ordered the GPS holder that goes on your windshield. My husband lost his and I found the exact item I needed. It was reasonably priced, shipping cost was inexpensive and it came US Postal within a few days. I would recommend Krazee Krazees to anyone. I will definitely order again from them.

Pros: I found what I needed quickly on Krazee Krazees website. The photos of the items were detailed and helpful, and they have a large and varied inventory. Cons: The part they sent, despite my specification of make and model #, was wrong. There were too many disparate names to deal with: ZKarlo, KrazyKrazees, Guitar Hero, and none seemed to match the type or products the company sells. From the monikers I assumed they were a small company with a sense of humor. Wrong! I received the item quickly, but the adapter was too large for my unit. I emailed back with a closeup photo of the port in my unit, and of the malfunctioning adapter and cable I was replacing - briefly describing why the part they sent was wrong and asking if they had one to fit. I also went on their website and actually located the one that seemed like the right match, identifying it by name and #. The company's customer service dept. replied that they handled thousands of orders a day, I would have to pay return shipping and send copies of all previous correspondence & the original order for them to identify my order, and to get a refund. There was no reference to my original question ...if they had a part to replace the one I didn't have, no acknowledgement of the fact I went back on their website to locate the correct version. This seems odd for a company who wants to do business. If you can't reach them by phone, you need to be able to ask questions and get an appropriate response somehow. I waited until the refund was confirmed, then reordered the correct part from the same company. It came quickly and fit my unit this time, but not because of any help from the company. I would order from them again, but with no expectations other than prompt delivery.
