I bought Samsung Galaxy Tab 4.10.1 inch WiFi T530 16 GB Tablet (Black), the tablet was sent back back to Kappsa for repairs shortly after purchase  because it was not charging. The problem re-occurred, the tablet stopped charging about a week ago. I contacted Kappsa, sent several emails, opened a new ticket #975191) but no one responded. The tablet is still under basic 12 months warranty. Yet Kappsa customer services are not responding.

Please note that I have email trail to show that the tablet is still under 12 momths as detailed below:
1) On 5th Dec 2014, 13:01pm, I received this email, "Your order has been
Prepared for Shipment".

2) On 2nd Feb 2015, 10:00am, when the tablet first stopped charging and I contacted you,I received this email, Hi----,

A customer support staff member has replied to your support request, with the following response:

Hello ----,

Thank you for contacting us.

We want to know that have you tried to charge the tab 4 with other electric wire? And one more questions, can your device switch on now?
