I ordered a Panasonic BWT 720 and cancelled the order the same day. I was promised a refund via email but never got one despite sending several follow up emails and also trying to telephone (never once got through on the telephone....seems they simply don't answer the phone.....not surprising as I see from other reviews why they are keeping their heads down. I eventually got my money back from Nat West chargebacks team (I paid by visa debit card). I hope the team didn't simply claim the money under their insurance but rather pursued Just Electicals. So....don't order from them otherwise you will most likely fall victim like I did and will have to spend a lot of time and effort claiming your money back through other channels (and that's only if you've got protection).

Ordered a DVD HDD Recorder on 30/05/13. Telephoned on 31/05/13 to ask if I could collect as I needed it in a hurry. Eventually got through after several calls and was told I would be called back as they needed to contact the warehouse. No call came. Over a week later, the item has still not arrived. Have now bought one from elsewhere and have emailed to say I want a refund, though I am not expecting a response after reading other reviews and will pursue through credit card company.

Do not use these people - they took the money for my washing machine on Bank Holiday Monday last week promising "FREE SUPER FAST DELIVERY". Initially promised delivery by end of last week then revised it to Tuesday/Wednesday this week. Now they are not answering the phone nor any of my emails requesting a delivery date. I have requested by email that they refund my card and I will order from a reputable supplier, though I suspect that I will have to use my credit card company to pursue them. Wasted more than a week while the washing has been piling up. Absolutely furious.

Ordered a panasonic dvd recorder, got it quickly in a bashed box, and the dvd door doesnt open. Ex display model is quite clearly faulty. Ignored emails, no one answers the phone or its engaged. I paid with a visa debit, so not sure if i,m protected. DO NOT USE THEM, TAKE THIS AS A WARNING

I ordered a Panasonic Viera on Sunday 5th May for £439. It was only after the order was placed I noticed deeper into the advert, that it was a ex-display model. I eventually got through on the phone to them and explained I wanted to cancel the order as I (and my wife) wanted a new one. On the 9th inst. I received an email invoice for the product. I phoned and confirmed that I had already cancelled the order. I asked when I was likely receive my refund and I got some waffle about 4 days to clear my account and another 4 days to clear his account. I phoned him this week and he said my refund had been done. There was no sign of anything pending on my online Barclaycard account. I have phoned and explained to Barclaycard and I am now waiting on a form to fill in. I meant to say I discovered this site on the 9th and only wished I had discovered it sooner. I just don't know how he is able to trade on the internet, I believe his site is hosted in Montreal, Canada. From what I have read here, his name is [name removed] and trades as Advanced AV, Pins Direct and Just electricals. I am about to contact Consumer Direct and Action Fraud line as suggested. If anybody has other suggestions for me please contact me or post here. I wish he was trading in Edinburgh instead of Birmingham so I could go and see him personally.

At first was a little skeptical. I purchased a washer advising 1-3 day delivery. I didn't hear anything and after a few emails and a lot of calls(could not get through, maybe a very busy company?) Eventually got through, staff were always very helpful and friendly. Received the item 12 days after purchase (which is more than acceptable, but I was going off the website quote of 3 days max). The item was delivered in brand new, immaculate condition, by very helful and friendly delivery drivers. I called company back for VAT receipt, again very friendly staff member, he couldn't apologise enough for the delays that I had. So being completly honest, at first I was very skeptical and worried that I wouldn't see the item. However, at the end I was very happy and feel Just-Electricals do want to deliver a good service. TAKE ACTION AGAINST THIS RUBBISH!!! Takes order TAKES MONEY no goods delivered. Sent emails to cancel under the "7 day distance selling regulations". 4th May still waiting for my £439 refund. Please first report to "Consumer Direct" Then more important phone is Action Fraud line, I spent 10mins with them, and they are very thorough, they then assured me that this should not have taken place, and that POLICE ACTION will follow.

I am so bitterly disappointed that I was duped to buy from this site. They are dishonest and morally corrupt. Countless phone calls, emails, and pulling what's left of my hair out. All I want is the washing machine I paid honest hard earned cash for. Laundries are not the places you see on the Diet Coke ad. I managed to speak to someone in the office who promised me my washing machine would be delivered at the end of the week, and guess what? No washing machine. I asked him why they never answer any of the phone calls they receive and he said they were having problems with their phones... for the last year!! In the interest of customer service, it might have been prudent to fix them, but that of course would be assuming that these were an above board outfit, which clearly they are not. Do NOT buy from theM! You will go bald like me.

I order a fridge and tried contacting them to find out when the item would be delivered. I was not able to get through to them for a week with the phone either ringing without answer or engaged. I emailed them twice but with no reply. I waited for 8 days and then just contacted my credit card company to refund me the money since it looks like this is just a fake company.

Ordered a Panasonic HDD recorder, on the promise of next day delivery. Four days later nothing had happened. Phoned them and was told that I would receive the goods in two days. Three days later still nothing. Now cannot get through to them. Basically they have taken my money and not provided the goods. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
