Goldgenie was good a few years ago. Nowadays they are just garbage. Super low quality on products. The gold hardly keep longer as a week. The iPhones aren’t even assembled correct and have some gap on the corners. You even can look inside. So it’s more like a 30$ Chinese replica iPhone as some luxury product. Replacement take months so please stay away from this place. I bought 2 phones and both are just super poor quality

Goldgenie gives me a freedom of working on my own , as I bought their Goldgenie Business Opportunity Kit and to be honest , I was abit unsure and scared , but its a good way to earn some handsome part time income or work full time (which I am thinking to do).Goldgenie Business Opportunity Kit allow me to gold plate and start my own small business where I could work the hours and the place suits me. Sometimes back , I bought Iphone 6 Gold Elite from Goldgenie. I am simply loving the product. The Gold finishing is so beautiful and shiny. I am going to buy ome other products from them. its good worth of money

The plating is just rubbish and they use a cheap and nasty screen protector -they call it Clear Coat - to protect the plating but it does not work. I left the phone to charge on a glass table top and the entire back stuck to the table when I went to unplug it. They had basically stuck the phone with double sided tape!! When I complained, they told me to just stick it back together again with double sided tape. The customer service was pathetic - they expect you to send the phone back to the UK for repair at your own expense. The lead time for the product delivery and repairs is very poor. Basically, Goldgenie's products are extremely poor quality and probably made in China but marketed as a UK product. You can purchase the same rubbish products from China at considerably lower prices. They company also sells "business opportunities" which are a fraud and several of their franchisees have already lodged police reports against Goldgenie, Survival Labs Limited and the CEO and Directors personally. Dragon's Den and BBC should bear some responsibility for allowing these people to keep promoting themselves and affiliate themselves with the show.

Got my Gold Plated iPhone 6 today and It is amazing look. I exactly got what i had been told. So thanks to Goldgenie and My friend who suggested me for this unique luxury product. Regarding Customer Support, I will say thanks to elizbeth. She had been very co-operative and helpful while i was choosing best luxury gift. Gold genie is absolute rubbish including both the products and the service both being appalling! I do not usually write about poor products and service but I feel the need to warn people about this company! I hope that I have prevented others from wasting their money! Stay clear of Goldgenie!

Been told phone has been sent twice by special delivery! Still not come back they have had phone for 3 weeks tomorrow! Every time I have rang to complain they said someone would call back – no one ever did! I rang non stop and they pretend they can’t hear you and hang up! It takes 4 attempts to finally speak to someone! When someone finally does answer it’s the same thing - someone will call back... Was told yesterday it would be sent special delivery and would receive today - still not arrived. Rang again today and been told someone will call back... again... Shockingly bad company, awful customer service. Definately avoid!!
