“hidden costs and poor customer service”

eposnow sales guy even on my asking did not tell me there is a monthly cost to pay after a year. if you don't the till stops working. the hardware like scanner and printer are very poor quality and after sales service is very poor. the till does the job but needs a broadband connection without it will not work at all… Read Full Review

“FIND ANOTHER SOURCE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!”

I would have not put any stars, but I have the review system makes us list something. EPOSNOW is the WORST company I have ever dealt with when it comes to billing. They have over charged, double and even triple charged us, every month since day one. We have cancelled service and they continue to charge our account. Customer service is nice, but it literally gets nothing done. We have to call continually to have credits applied for the over charged amounts. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!… Read Full Review

We looked at several EPOS systems and we are very pleased to have implemented the EPOSNOW system. It is simple in its set up and provided the key information for our small community shop. We had excellent support from the person I dealt with who provided clarity of the functionality of the system. Our volunteers have adapted very quickly to the till and find it intuitive. “Till System that Works”

After looking for a system to cope with my routines of craft fayres and shop, also being mobile to traders of my products, it was great to find a system that I can just put in my pocket and go. Being able to use a tablet which linked to my card reader and a Bluetooth mini printer for receipts is great and the amount of people who liked the idea of taking my till with me on the road was impressive. “Not the best sales advice”

We have been in a hurry to get the system up and running due to a failure of old equipment.Our account manager has been most helpful. However, when ordering the system not enough information was given when we specified what we required and as a result not all is fully functional due to additional equipment now being required. We needed this machine pretty short notice and the setup to be done on even shorter notice and he really pulled through and sorted it all out for us! There was a slight stress this end that everything wouldn't get done, but he really pulled through and got us up and running for our live date. Pleasant chap and knew his stuff! Called customer support as the till system crashed when updating to Athena. The staff went through the basics with me rebooting the till then restarting the installation, once this again failed he remotely connected to our system and completed all the necessary downloads and installations from his end.
