I ordered a blu-ray player on wednesday evening for delievry on Thursday. When it has not arrived I phoned them and got told it had definitely gone out on Wednesday for delivery on Thursday ( there promised 24 hour window). I was then given the courier's phone number to find out what had happened. I phoned the courier - both local to me ( no record ) and the head office and 20 mins later they tell me they have no record of it either.
So I call back ELECTRONICEMPIRE again and NOW they say that in FACT it had not been sent out on Wednesday but was being sent out today and it was the couriers fault - I argued and asked for some compensation etc - NADA.
They did not explain why they had told me it went out on Tuesday either.
I do not trust them . . . very poor and bad experience.
