Went to order an item on their website that was advertised at £499.
Got an e-mail back from them saying that delivery would not be £4.95 as shown at checkout but, £99!!! So I offered to collect . . . and was told it would be £49 to collect!
This is a dodgy scamming company, I would avoid them at all costs!!
Only giving them one star as that is the minimum rating, really they deserve none!

We are sorry to hear about your experience.
I have talked to sales and they have said that the delivery charges are outlined on the listing. If the listing is not read and the product ordered, then there is very little we can do until it comes to placing an order where we can re-iterate the delivery charges.
We would understand this poor review if we had hidden the charges but as they are stated on the listing in question, then we cannot accept it. Please do reply if you feel differently.

No, that is incorrect, the charges WERE NOT shown on the listing on your website at the time of my initial enquiry.
You added these charges subsequently, and made the amendment to your website covertly once I had checked the pricing with you. In addition, none of these charges were shown in the basket during the checkout procedure on your site.
Both demonstrate underhanded tactics to advertise and quote a headline price to attract customers and then charge them subversively once the transaction has been made.
Neither are the actions of a reputable online company that can be trusted - how else do you explain a £49 charge TO COLLECT an item from you?!? Hence I believe buyers would be best served by avoiding your website!
