delivery of an online order was scheduled between 1-5pm, something I had paid an extra £19.99 to secure. No delivery at 5pm. Called and was told the lorry had gone off Gps So they didn't know where it was but would get the driver to call me. He rang and said he'd be with me around 7.15pm, Turned up about 7.30. Had paid for disconnection, so the lad started and proceeded to soak the kitchen floor. Bringing the new unit in they bashed doors and furniture that wasn't necessary but we're just clumsy. Then unpacked new machine but lost bolts into machine! Called the depot to be told they had to take it back and I had to wait two more days for delivery. Moving out the new machine and one I paid for collection of they made a mess everywhere. I told the depot it was disgraceful the state my house was in. Will never pay for delivery by this retailer again. It's worth using John Lewis, they wipe their feet or just have consideration for your home.
