“Pathetic staff”

Went in and didn't know what they were talking about, thought a HDMI port was compatible with VGA when they are analogue and digital signals (this was the manager of the computer section) and when i proved him wrong he sent other staff to answer any other questions I had, because he did not want to admit his mistake. causing them to lose a £1299 laptop sale!
Then went to the Curry' in Wolverhampton where he confirmed my problem but did not have any in stock, and sent me to Birmingham where he said there were some in stock and there was not!
complete waste of my time, a whole day gone!!!!

Not happy with the level of staff intelligence.
