I had a horrible experience. you will probably get the phone you buy and maybe even on time but pray to heaven that nothing happens to it because if it will then brace for high blood pressure, anger, frustration etc etc. as i found out when the phone i bought went dead after a couple of months. they have only one email address and they ask you to send them emails but its just head ache. you will get a delayed reply from them.and it will be completely irrelevant to what you will be asking them to do. my phone stopped working and it was in supposed warranty. i sent to them and they only offer to give me $5 voucher for a £148 phone.the wanted money to repair the phone which was in warranty. its been 6 months and i have sent them the phone paying for postage myself and i did not receive anything back. they even stole the phone i sent them. hand on heart, its a genuine review as i suffered sooo much from their hands.

“WARNING!!!”

I purchased a phone from Coolicool that developed a problem with the screen (Dead pixels). I went online to see if it was software related and lots of people had the same fault and had returned to the manufacturer for a repair under warranty. I contacted Coolicool and they requested a video to assess the problem. After receiving the video they offered my $15 compensation which I refused as this would not cover the cost of repair. They then made the following offer. “Dear customer, You can send it back, then we can fix it ,is that OK for you?” Since I was required to send the product back to China at my cost and I know the customs can be difficult, I looked into returning the phone to the manufacturer but when I asked Coolicool if this was ok, they responded that I must send back to them to be repaired. It cost £20 to return the phone and after 5 weeks they inform me it is my fault the screen is not working and therefore not covered under warranty “Problem is man-made). Keep in mind the phone is in perfect condition, not a single mark, so somehow I have caused dead pixels on the inside of the phone without cracking or marking the outside and all the other people that have the same fault must also be damaging their phones via magic also. This is a total deception. I paid for the phone, I paid to return it and Coolicool after them seeing the video of the fault, offering my compensation and then saying they would fix it and now they are asking for £75 to fix it. The phone only cost a little over £100. So right now I have nothing and I am £130 out of pocket. Plus, I believe they would not let me send it back to the manufacturer because it is a fake, given the behaviour I can only assume this is the case. I requested they send it for an independent review but obviously they have no intentions of doing this as it would clearly rule in my favour. Also, the phone has not been returned either. So be very wary of this company. They are looking to trick you at every opportunity.

I bought a smartphone Elephone p-8000. When ordering add paid 2 years warranty. The initial price 165.98 USD Delivered a defective smartphone. I sent at my expense for repair 8.95 USD. For eliminating the factory marriage, 48 USD were requested. To compensate for my costs of the delivered, I received the code for a discount, but it turned out that it can only pay 10% of the cost. After my appeal they said that it is possible and 100%. As a result, the code could not pay anything, since I was informed that payment was not received. When the smartphone came back it turned out that the marriage was not eliminated. Again sent the entire kit to China for 15.75 USD. I asked to return me the spent 238.68 USD. As a result, after 3 months I was offered to simply return the defective phone. Summary: defective phones, no guarantee, repair is not quality, no one will compensate your costs. Beware of ordering on this site

What i liked most it is the support team, which is incredible fast replying and with helpful communication. Also the product i ordered came fast and with good quality, even with some extras! ( it was smartphone so it came with screen protector). I had some questions to the support team and they replied it all with very warm communication, so they make you feel as you are in your house! Nothing bad i could say, i hope to buy more in the future, it was cheap and good, very impressive to be honest!

They have delivered successfully, although I had to interact with their support team to solve some issues of stock availability and parcel tracking. "My tryst with coolicool.com started when i came across one of their giveaway contests on their official facebook page.Interestingly, i went on to win that contest and what i received was the world's largest battery phone : The Oukitel k10000. I received it within a month, without having to pay any shipping charges. What i liked the most was their gesture when they assured me that they would try their best to ensure that i don't have to pay a lot for the customs. And guess what, they lived upto my expectations. I just had to pay $15 for a phone that costs $239. On receiving the phone, I was absolutely impressed. It was well packed and looked premium. I use the phone everyday, for playing games, capturing photos, surfing internet and other stuff. And it is yet to disappoint me. The quality is perfect. “Problems”

Problems from start to finish... I ordered what I thought would be a really cool octa-core Android Smartphone in March 2014 to be delivered to the UK. It is now the end of June, I have no phone and have lost lots of money. The phone was eventually delivered, weeks late, following numerous emails (and after paying extra money to the couriers to cover import duty). The reason for the late delivery was "high demand" and "we need to test it before we send it". My phone worked great until I tried to charge it - disaster... To cut a long story short I returned it. Their minimum email response is 48hrs (if at all) and they like to send reassuring emails that "we are fixing it" and "we are testing it". I grew tired of this and asked for my money back - obviously they then quoted their 30 day period, and that I wasn't entitled to a refund - their delays made sure that this was inevitable. Email after email saying I should be patient gets tiring! My last response was abrupt, stating that I will be posting a video review on Youtube about their service and lack of moral responsibility. I hadn't actually planned to ever do that but now I will! It's not about the money, it's the principle. Sure enough - they didn't reply. I am one person, I work hard, I'm honest and have come to expect a basic level of service from online traders. I honestly believe Coolicool have a policy where they deliberately and randomly send defective products to certain countries, because they believe people won't complain. Well I am here, and I am speaking up for myself and for the others that these companies think they can step all over. If you post a negative review on their website, they delete it too (see for yourself - they are all good). I am half expecting a reply to this, but don't let them fool you, nothing will be resolved!  There are some fantastic Chinese retailers selling amazing gear, but I'm sad to say Coolicool is not one of them.
