I have just ordered a Dyson vacuum pipe using their 'free delivery' option. Upon being directed back to their site from Paypal I see that they have actually charged £30.00 for delivery.

** YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED **

They have contacted me swiftly and say that a full refund will be actioned today. However, the price charged on Paypal is different from that stated at the time of sale.

They blame the error on a technical problem. However, this is the first time this as ever happened to me after hundreds of online purchases over the years.
