Call them out to look at our Beko washing machine which was not spinning. Eng arrived and after taken back of said it was not possible to fix not economically viable but did not tell me what was wrong. But I have a new bosh machine on van for X amount then proceeded to tell me that Beko are rubbish and the they don't last as they all 6 kg. I need to speak to my husband about this. I was not happy about the service I received so I called the local Beko engineers out which I should have the first time and engineer had quickly diagnosed fault as need a new set of motor brushes as had worn done with inn 10 mins of being there its was all fixed and up a running . They are now trying to take me to court for not paying them. Y should I pay them for lying to me.
