Incompetent

I do not rate ultimate at all and find the company totally incompetent. First the van breaks down on the way to deliver my item. Then next day driver knocks at the door to tell me the delivery was here, he then went to the van to unload the item only to come back and say it wasnt there!!!! He informed me that he doesnt check that everything is loaded he is only given the list of deliveries. The guy I spoke to in the office when I called to find out what was going on was quite rude more or less asking what the problem was as it was a simple mistake and the item MAY be with me the following day if not then the day after that, 4 days after my promised delivery date. I had my 1 year old grandson staying with me and as my other fridge was already outside waiting to be taken away I had no way of keeping his food fresh. Not good, not happy and I wouldnt recommend ultimate to my worst enemy.
